Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: task-specific assistants and templates and useful for both internal work and customer support. Where it lags: subscription required for full features. On balance the feature set — especially integrations with business apps — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Requires integration work to instrument pipelines is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Tool integration with Hub, LangChain, and custom Python functions is exactly what I needed, and code-based actions reduce steps and boost agent expressiveness. I do wish requires Python knowledge to use effectively, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
