Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Cloud computer runtime just works and live view of agent actions for trust and control. May require oversight for sensitive tasks can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: real-time action monitoring and handles multi-step, cross-tool workflows. Where it lags: learning curve for designing reliable workflows. On balance the feature set — especially human-in-the-loop intervention — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
