Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: governance, monitoring, and auditability and supports traceability and governance for enterprise use. Where it lags: implementation can require significant data preparation. On balance the feature set — especially natural language querying of operational data — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Where it lags: aimed at large industrial enterprises, not small teams. On balance the feature set — especially contextualized access to time series, assets, and documents — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Contextualized access to time series, assets, and documents is exactly what I needed, and grounded in real industrial and operational data. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is integration with LLMs and enterprise data sources — handled better than most — and supports traceability and governance for enterprise use. Aimed at large industrial enterprises, not small teams is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on governance, monitoring, and auditability, and grounded in real industrial and operational data caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
