Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: document and PDF ingestion and trains on multiple source types. On balance the feature set — especially knowledge base-driven responses — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Custom chatbot deployment just works and trains on multiple source types. Limited transparency on supported integrations can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

How do the AI chatbots learn our brand's content?

Your chatbot learns only from the content you choose to provide. You can add website URLs, business documents, product sheets, FAQs, or internal notes to your Knowledge Base.
