Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is conversation analytics dashboard — handled better than most — and no-code setup accessible to non-technical users. Subscription pricing can add up for higher usage tiers is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: team collaboration and workspace tools and built-in analytics and conversation insights. Where it lags: advanced customization may still require technical know-how. On balance the feature set — especially multi-channel deployment (web, WhatsApp, Slack) — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on multi-channel deployment (web, WhatsApp, Slack), and trains on custom data from multiple sources caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
