Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Fee and refund discrepancy checks just works and identifies multiple categories of FBA discrepancies. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: fee and refund discrepancy checks and speeds up reimbursement audits significantly. Where it lags: sellers still need to file claims manually. On balance the feature set — especially organized case reports for claim submission — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on organized case reports for claim submission, and useful for sellers of varying sizes caught me off guard. Effectiveness depends on Amazon's claim policies is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Detection of lost and damaged inventory is exactly what I needed, and useful for sellers of varying sizes. I do wish limited to Amazon FBA sellers, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and identifies multiple categories of FBA discrepancies. Fee and refund discrepancy checks fits neatly into how we already work, and designed specifically for Amazon sellers removed a step we used to do by hand. Effectiveness depends on Amazon's claim policies, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Yes. ReimburseOps is a read-only audit tool. You upload your own CSV exports from Seller Central — we never connect to your account directly, and we never submit claims on your behalf. All actions remain in your control.

What CSV files do I need to upload?

You need your FBA Reimbursements report from Seller Central (Reports > Fulfillment > Reimbursements). Optionally, upload a sourcing cost sheet with your unit costs by FNSKU or ASIN to unlock the under-reimbursed and inconsistent valuation checks.
