Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: citation generator and integrates with Word, Docs, and Chrome. Where it lags: output sometimes needs manual editing. On balance the feature set — especially text summarizer for articles and documents — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Citation generator is exactly what I needed, and usable free tier for basic needs. I do wish word and character limits on free plan, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
