We rolled this out across the team last quarter and works alongside existing core systems. Integration with insurance core systems fits neatly into how we already work, and analytics on automation performance removed a step we used to do by hand. Limited public information on integrations, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: structured data extraction with schemas and extensible with custom models and tooling. On balance the feature set — especially structured data extraction with schemas — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on integration with existing business systems, and reduces manual knowledge-work overhead caught me off guard. May require onboarding and integration effort is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. AI-driven task automation just works and automates repetitive marketing tasks. Output quality depends on connected data can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Automatic issue recognition and classification is exactly what I needed, and scales support without proportional headcount growth. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
