My current stack: Payman AI + Kolena Insurance AI

Sharing what's working: Payman AI for the heavy lifting and Kolena Insurance AI to fill the gaps. Took a week to get the workflow smooth but now it mostly runs itself. Curious what everyone else is pairing these days.

Following — same question here. Will report back once we've run it for a couple of weeks.

Tried PerfectEssayWriter.ai for exactly this. Great for the 80% case, but we hit limits on the edge workflows and ended up scripting around it. Still net positive.

That's a solid combination! Have you considered layering in something like Five9 Agents for the voice/digital touchpoints in your workflow? I integrated it alongside similar tools and found it handled customer inquiries without needing Payman/Kolena to step in for routine questions—saved us probably 3-4 hours weekly. What gaps are you still seeing after that week of optimization?

Great insight on Five9—voice automation is definitely a gap we're eyeing. Before adding another layer though, we're actually mapping customer friction points with BlockSurvey to validate where the biggest time sinks are, which might save us from over-engineering. Have you found Five9 plays well with insurance-specific workflows, or did you need heavy customization for compliance checks?

That's a solid combo! Have you considered adding Truewind Digital Accountant to handle the financial data side? Since you're already automating workflows, it could eliminate manual journal entry work by converting bank statements directly into GL-ready entries. Quick question—are you managing any accounting reconciliation tasks currently, or is that still manual?
