Deepgramのリアルタイム音声認識について、実際の運用経験からは300ms程度の遅延が標準的で、ネットワーク環境に大きく左右されます。複数言語対応時は言語切り替えのオーバーヘッドが発生するため、事前に言語を固定するか言語検出モデルを選択することをお勧めします。本番環境での検証として、実際のカスタマーサポート音声でベンチマークテストを実施され、SLAが満たされるか確認されましたか？

Honestly depends on your volume. Below a certain scale Vijil Evaluate is overkill; we got further with something lighter and only upgraded later.
