Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Multi-channel coverage: email, chat, social is exactly what I needed, and handles multi-channel support including social DMs. I do wish primarily focused on e-commerce, less fit for other industries, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

    Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: aI-generated meeting summaries and searchable, shareable transcript library. Where it lags: primarily supports English. On balance the feature set — especially aI-generated meeting summaries — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

    Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and surfaces insights from a firm's own project data. Design data analysis fits neatly into how we already work, and design data analysis removed a step we used to do by hand. Value depends on quality of uploaded project data, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is tool integrations for APIs and data sources — handled better than most — and modular design for agents, tools, and pipelines. Documentation can be sparse for advanced use cases is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is configurable agent roles and conversations — handled better than most — and strong support for multi-agent collaboration. Requires developer expertise to set up is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is aI-based data extraction from documents — handled better than most — and handles varied document types and layouts. May require tuning for niche document formats is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
