I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on integrations with CRMs and backend systems, and visual flow editor for faster bot design caught me off guard. Pricing may be high for small teams is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Limited creative control compared to manual writing is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
