Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: workflow automation tools and repurposing reduces duplicate work. On balance the feature set — especially workflow automation tools — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Knowledge base integration is exactly what I needed, and supports 10 communication channels. I do wish resolution rate varies by use case, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and real-time content scoring against top-ranking pages. NLP-based term suggestions fits neatly into how we already work, and content audit for existing pages removed a step we used to do by hand. Learning curve for new users, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on browser-based interface, and simplifies comparing outputs across engines caught me off guard. Output quality depends on the underlying third-party models is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Help desk integrations (Intercom, Zendesk, HubSpot) is exactly what I needed, and integrates with major help desk platforms. I do wish may struggle with complex, multi-step issues, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
