Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on designed for AI agent and automation use cases, and aPI-first, easy to plug into agents caught me off guard. Compliance depends on how it is used is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is handoff to human agents — handled better than most — and trains on your own business data. Worth the time if this is your use case.

    Does the job

Pretty happy overall. The core workflow just works and the value for money is strong. Pricing gets steep at scale can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

    Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is short cinematic clip output — handled better than most — and supports image-to-video workflows. Short clip lengths is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is integration with dealership systems — handled better than most — and purpose-built for automotive use cases. Worth the time if this is your use case.

    Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Automated processing pipelines is exactly what I needed, and automates tedious manual data entry. I do wish setup may require tuning for niche document formats, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
