Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Parallel task execution is exactly what I needed, and parallel agent execution speeds up workflows. I do wish quality depends on prompt and configuration skill, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
Solid for our team
We rolled this out across the team last quarter and simple upload-and-convert workflow. Secure file processing fits neatly into how we already work, and support for multiple audio formats removed a step we used to do by hand. Requires internet connection, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Pretty happy overall. Custom training on internal documents just works and trained on your own company data. Setup and integration require effort can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Where it lags: complex use cases still need human handoff. On balance the feature set — especially multilingual support across 50+ languages — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and model-specific previews for Tesla vehicles. Color and pattern customization fits neatly into how we already work, and tesla model-specific previews removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.
