Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: the onboarding and support is responsive. Where it lags: the mobile experience lags. On balance the feature set — especially the automation — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

    Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Searchable transcripts is exactly what I needed, and supports multilingual content for global teams. I do wish summaries still require human review for nuance, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

    Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: local telemetry UI for inspecting executions and explicit state-machine model makes logic easy to follow. Where it lags: requires Python and some learning of its abstractions. On balance the feature set — especially local telemetry UI for inspecting executions — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

    Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Exportable audio output is exactly what I needed, and natural prosody and clear pronunciation. I do wish limited fine-grained emotion control, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

    Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Data loading, cleaning, and transformation tasks just works and flexible for integration with existing data stacks. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

    Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is programmatic price discovery — handled better than most — and supports autonomous agent purchasing. Worth the time if this is your use case.
