Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on task automation with autonomous agents, and supports multiple LLM providers, including local models caught me off guard. Documentation lags behind rapid updates is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

    Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and scales to large datasets and distributed environments. MLOps for model deployment and monitoring fits neatly into how we already work, and document AI for unstructured data removed a step we used to do by hand. Enterprise pricing can be steep for small teams, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

    Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Compliance monitoring against internal policies is exactly what I needed, and reduces time spent on routine contract review. I do wish requires onboarding and configuration to fit firm playbooks, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

    Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: the core workflow and it saves real time. Where it lags: the docs could be deeper. On balance the feature set — especially the core workflow — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

    Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Configurable approval and policy engine just works and audit trail for every transaction. Regional payment coverage may be limited can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

    Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is cart and product abandonment recovery — handled better than most — and identifies anonymous site visitors for remarketing. Pricing scales quickly with visitor volume is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
