Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Categorized browsing interface is exactly what I needed, and wide variety of tools in one interface. I do wish quality can vary across so many utilities, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: on-page optimization scoring and useful for publishing at scale. Where it lags: subscription cost may be high for casual users. On balance the feature set — especially keyword research and suggestions — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Private ticketing via email and chat just works and handles both public group chats and private tickets. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and works with familiar tools like Google Sheets. Bulk row processing fits neatly into how we already work, and spreadsheet integration removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.
