Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: analytics and conversation insights dashboard and multilingual support for global deployments. Where it lags: full capabilities may require professional services. On balance the feature set — especially generative AI and LLM integration — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

    Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Prebuilt connectors for 1,000+ apps just works and scales from simple integrations to complex workflows. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

    Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on custom AI assistant trained on your technical content, and surfaces documentation gaps via analytics caught me off guard. Answer quality depends on documentation quality is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

    Does the job

Pretty happy overall. The core workflow just works and it saves real time. The docs could be deeper can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

    Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and automated AI product recommendations. AI-generated SMS upsell offers fits neatly into how we already work, and one-tap mobile checkout removed a step we used to do by hand. SMS costs can add up at scale, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
