Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and portable Markdown format is human-readable. PGP-based encryption and decryption fits neatly into how we already work, and pGP-based encryption and decryption removed a step we used to do by hand. Markdown files can grow large over time, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

    Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: citation generator and integrates with Word, Docs, and Chrome. Where it lags: output sometimes needs manual editing. On balance the feature set — especially text summarizer for articles and documents — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

    Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and beginner-friendly interface. Multi-format export presets fits neatly into how we already work, and multi-format export presets removed a step we used to do by hand. Some AI tools gated behind paid plans, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

    Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Short-sample reference input is exactly what I needed, and no per-voice training required. I do wish may struggle with long or complex passages, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

    Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and per-resolution pricing aligns cost with results. Analytics on resolution rates and performance fits neatly into how we already work, and pulls answers from docs, articles, and past tickets removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

    Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: caching and rate limiting and detailed cost and usage analytics. On balance the feature set — especially prompt versioning and experiments — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
