Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on brainstorming support, and no technical setup required caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

    Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. REST APIs and SDKs for major languages is exactly what I needed, and strong OCR and document understanding. I do wish learning curve for first-time Azure users, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is context retrieval from logs and internal docs — handled better than most — and reduces time spent on ticket triage and investigation. Worth the time if this is your use case.

    Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: quick processing in seconds and no design experience needed. Where it lags: requires internet access. On balance the feature set — especially photo-to-coloring-page conversion — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is aI-driven troubleshooting guidance — handled better than most — and accessible on mobile during active jobs. Limited to service trade use cases is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: aI agent design and orchestration studio and low-code builder accessible to non-developers. On balance the feature set — especially human agent handoff and escalation — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
