I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is content about history, architecture and landmarks — handled better than most — and works in virtually any location worldwide. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Multichannel outbound campaign tools is exactly what I needed, and covers the full customer lifecycle. I do wish broad scope may be overkill for small teams, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
Skeptical, then convinced
I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on insights for product, marketing, and positioning decisions, and interactive Q&A with generated personas caught me off guard. Risk of bias from underlying training data is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and accessible to non-ML specialists. Cross-platform deployment fits neatly into how we already work, and aI agent builder removed a step we used to do by hand. Learning curve for advanced configuration, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
