I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on in-browser AI side panel, and combines research and automation in one place caught me off guard. Effectiveness depends on underlying AI model is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is aI chatbot builder with customization controls — handled better than most — and customizable bot personality and responses. Advanced customization may require a learning curve is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Team collaboration and asset library is exactly what I needed, and commercial usage rights on paid plans. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: conflict detection and rescheduling and sends timely reminders and prep notes. Where it lags: effectiveness depends on accurate availability data. On balance the feature set — especially calendar sync and availability detection — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Customizable AI character personalities is exactly what I needed, and supports voice, emotion, and goals. I do wish requires development skill to integrate, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
