Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Browser-based with no software install is exactly what I needed, and free to use with no subscription. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and handles hold queues and phone menus automatically. Natural conversational speech fits neatly into how we already work, and call summaries and reporting removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

Pretty happy overall. CRM, Salesforce, and help desk integrations just works and customizable chatbots with NLP and live agent handoff. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
