Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is designed for month-end close acceleration — handled better than most — and learns from past classifications for consistency. Accuracy depends on quality of input data is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

    Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on digital download and optional print delivery, and works from a standard smartphone selfie caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

    Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and fast turnaround from recording to summary. Real-time meeting transcription fits neatly into how we already work, and automatic action item extraction removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

    Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and support is responsive. The onboarding fits neatly into how we already work, and the onboarding removed a step we used to do by hand. A few rough edges remain, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
