Workflow automation support fits neatly into how we already work, and custom SDK for developers removed a step we used to do by hand. Pricing and setup details not widely public, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Audio and video transcription is exactly what I needed, and useful for long-form audio and video review. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Email triage and prioritization is exactly what I needed, and automates email triage and replies. I do wish limited usefulness outside email-heavy workflows, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
