Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on aI-powered workflow builder from natural language, and aI assistant helps build workflows from prompts caught me off guard. Advanced workflows have a learning curve is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

    Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Visual canvas for composing shots is exactly what I needed, and intuitive drag-and-drop canvas. I do wish subscription required for full features, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

    Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Cross-platform data integration just works and connects disparate data sources. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

    Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: citation and source visibility and tracks competitor mentions and share of voice. Where it lags: coverage depends on each platform's API access. On balance the feature set — especially citation and source visibility — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

    Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: integrations with CRM, ITSM, and knowledge bases and identifies knowledge gaps automatically. Where it lags: geared toward enterprises rather than small teams. On balance the feature set — especially predictive spare parts and field service planning — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

    Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and prebuilt agents for common dev tasks. Prebuilt agents for analysis, testing, and docs fits neatly into how we already work, and codebase-aware AI agents removed a step we used to do by hand. Learning curve for building custom agents, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
