Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on the API, and it saves real time caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is coverage for undergrad, grad, and professional schools — handled better than most — and centralized place to compare consultants. Marketplace fees can raise costs is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

    Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Pipeline management tools is exactly what I needed, and reduces time-to-hire. I do wish limited public information on pricing, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is customizable conversation scripts — handled better than most — and reduces staffing costs for routine calls. Voice AI may struggle with complex or emotional calls is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is adaptive learning from user habits — handled better than most — and mobile-focused for on-the-go use. Limited transparency on underlying models is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

    Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: store listing optimization tools and useful for both indie developers and teams. On balance the feature set — especially store listing optimization tools — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
