I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is analytics and conversation reporting — handled better than most — and built-in integrations with CRMs and marketing tools. AI capabilities less advanced than newer LLM-based platforms is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: mLOps with monitoring and drift detection and strong governance and compliance features. Where it lags: steep learning curve across its many modules. On balance the feature set — especially automated machine learning (AutoML) — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: react, Next.js, Svelte, and Vue hooks and unified API across many LLM providers. Where it lags: aPI keys and provider costs still apply. On balance the feature set — especially streaming text and chat responses — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Pretty happy overall. Platform integrations for Shopify and others just works and multilingual customer conversations. May require tuning for niche product lines can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Pretty happy overall. Content Editor with SEO scoring just works and works alongside Google Docs and WordPress. Learning curve for new users can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
