Where it lags: steep learning curve across its many modules. On balance the feature set — especially automated machine learning (AutoML) — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: react, Next.js, Svelte, and Vue hooks and unified API across many LLM providers. Where it lags: aPI keys and provider costs still apply. On balance the feature set — especially streaming text and chat responses — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is custom pricing and packaging controls — handled better than most — and helps agencies build recurring revenue services. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Platform integrations for Shopify and others just works and multilingual customer conversations. May require tuning for niche product lines can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
