Anyone using MultiSync for Salesforce? Curious about real-world sync reliability

We're considering MultiSync Made Easy for syncing our Salesforce with a bunch of downstream tools, but I'm hesitant about real-time reliability at scale. Has anyone actually deployed this across 100+ apps? Wondering about failure rates, latency, and whether you needed custom logic for edge cases. Any gotchas I should know before pitching this to our ops team?
