Does the job
Pretty happy overall. Tables and Interfaces for data and UI just works and reusable templates and shared workflows. Complex agents can be hard to debug can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
Years in this space
I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is multi-step workflows with branching — handled better than most — and integrates with major LLM providers. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Solid for our team
We rolled this out across the team last quarter and natural language Zap creation. Tables and Interfaces for data and UI fits neatly into how we already work, and tables and Interfaces for data and UI removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

What happens if I hit my task limit?
We'll email you when you're close to reaching your plan's task limit, and then again when you reach it. If you turn on pay-per-task billing, we'll switch you to pay-per-task billing once you reach your plan's task limit so your Zap workflows continue running. Pay-per-task billing is charged at a higher per-task rate than your base subscription tasks. When you're on pay-per-task billing, we'll email you if you're close to your plan's maximum task limit and then again when you reach it. Once you've reached your maximum task limit, your Zap workflows will pause until the start of your next usage period. If you have pay-per-task billing turned off, your Zap workflows will pause once you reach your plan's task limit until the start of your next usage period. You can learn more about task overages here. Our Sales team is also available to help you choose the right plan for your business.

How many tasks do I need?
The number of tasks you need depends on the number of active Zap workflows you have and how frequently those Zap workflows run to automate your work. The more actions your Zap workflows complete, the more tasks you'll need. But don't worry! When you reach your plan's task limit, we'll notify you via email. When you reach your plan's task limit, we'll also switch you to pay-per-task billing.
