Does the job

Pretty happy overall. The automation just works and it is genuinely easy to set up. Pricing gets steep at scale can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and it is genuinely easy to set up. The integrations fits neatly into how we already work, and the API removed a step we used to do by hand. A few rough edges remain, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on the core workflow, and it saves real time caught me off guard. Pricing gets steep at scale is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: the automation and the value for money is strong. Where it lags: the docs could be deeper. On balance the feature set — especially the core workflow — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
