Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is multi-language support — handled better than most — and natural-sounding voice and conversational flow. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and built with compliance considerations in mind. CRM and telephony integrations fits neatly into how we already work, and lead qualification and scheduling removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Collections and reminder automation is exactly what I needed, and handles large call volumes without added headcount. I do wish primarily focused on call-based workflows, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Multi-language support just works and natural-sounding voice and conversational flow. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: cRM and telephony integrations and natural-sounding voice and conversational flow. On balance the feature set — especially inbound and outbound call handling — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
