Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: support for multiple LLM providers and accessible to non-technical users. Where it lags: edge setup may require infrastructure knowledge. On balance the feature set — especially data residency and privacy controls — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is integrations with external data sources and tools — handled better than most — and visual no-code agent builder. Edge setup may require infrastructure knowledge is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Edge and on-premise deployment options just works and edge deployment keeps data in your environment. Newer platform with a smaller community can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on chatbot and multi-agent workflows, and edge deployment keeps data in your environment caught me off guard. Newer platform with a smaller community is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
