Use it every day
Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Automatic theme and pattern detection is exactly what I needed, and adaptive follow-ups reveal deeper context. I do wish aI moderation may miss subtle emotional cues, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
Does the job
Pretty happy overall. Aggregated insight reports just works and faster turnaround than traditional user research. Response quality depends on customer willingness to engage can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Q&A
Won't AI-moderated interviews produce shallow answers?
User Intuition hasn't found shallow answers across the 30,000+ quality interviews run on the platform. The AI uses the same laddering technique a senior qualitative consultant uses — five to seven probes deep on the reasoning behind any answer. Every session is then scored automatically on Length, Depth, and Coverage; sessions that fail aren't billed. The risk of shallow AI conversations used to be real with first-generation chatbots. It isn't with calibrated AI moderation.

How do you know participants are real people — not bots, or someone leaning on AI?
User Intuition runs multi-layer fraud prevention at recruitment — bot detection on every session, duplicate suppression across the 4M+ panel, and professional-respondent filtering. Then every interview, voice and video, is screened for the tells of an AI-assisted or coached respondent: unnatural pauses after a question, the flat cadence of someone reading an answer aloud, eyes drifting off-screen for help. And because the moderator ladders 5–7 levels deep, anyone running on a script or an AI can't keep the story straight. The result is qualitative data you can trust came from a real person — not a bot, not a synthetic panel, not someone gaming the incentive.

What happens if a study doesn't find anything useful?
User Intuition only bills for quality interviews — sessions that pass automatic Length, Depth, and Coverage checks. Studies that don't surface a clear finding usually point at the brief itself — most teams iterate the question and re-run. You're not committed to a multi-week timeline, so the cost of a re-run is hours and dollars, not months.

How do I know the answers came from real people, not synthetic respondents?
Verifying that every respondent is a real human is the through-line of everything User Intuition does. An owned 4M+ vetted panel, recruitment-time fraud screening, in-interview authenticity checks, 5–7 level depth that exposes anyone coached or running on AI, and billing only for interviews that pass quality — together they point at one promise: the voice you act on is a real, verified human's, not a synthetic stand-in or unverified AI output. User Intuition's own research makes the stakes concrete — 26% of real participants pushed back on a deliberately flawed premise, while 0% of synthetic participants did. Real people disagree with you, and that is the signal you are paying for. See the Synthetic Mirage in Market Research.
