Overview

TaskAGI is a platform for orchestrating multiple AI agents that work together on marketing tasks. Instead of relying on a single chatbot, users can configure specialized agents that handle research, copywriting, outreach, analytics, and campaign management in parallel. The system is designed for marketing teams and agencies that want to scale repetitive work without expanding headcount. Agents can be customized for specific brand voices, target audiences, and channels, then deployed across ongoing campaigns. By coordinating agent roles and handoffs, TaskAGI aims to turn complex marketing pipelines into automated, repeatable processes that run with minimal manual oversight.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Parallel task execution is exactly what I needed, and parallel agent execution speeds up workflows. I do wish quality depends on prompt and configuration skill, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: multi-agent swarm orchestration and parallel agent execution speeds up workflows. Where it lags: requires setup and tuning to get reliable results. On balance the feature set — especially campaign workflow automation — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on multi-agent swarm orchestration, and reduces repetitive manual tasks caught me off guard. Requires setup and tuning to get reliable results is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
