Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is cross-platform sync across web, desktop, mobile — handled better than most — and combines tasks, docs, and AI in one workspace. Limited integrations compared to established competitors is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Cross-platform sync across web, desktop, mobile is exactly what I needed, and multiple project views including mind maps. I do wish advanced AI usage requires a paid plan, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and multiple project views including mind maps. AI agents for task automation fits neatly into how we already work, and aI agents for task automation removed a step we used to do by hand. Limited integrations compared to established competitors, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
