Solid for our team
We rolled this out across the team last quarter and combined ATS and CRM in one platform. AI-assisted candidate sourcing and matching fits neatly into how we already work, and aI-generated outreach and follow-up messages removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.
Compared a few options
Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: aI-generated outreach and follow-up messages and combined ATS and CRM in one platform. Where it lags: less suited to in-house corporate recruiting. On balance the feature set — especially integrated client and candidate CRM — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Use it every day
Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Automated resume parsing and enrichment is exactly what I needed, and helps shorten time-to-placement. I do wish newer platform with a smaller ecosystem, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
Years in this space
I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is pipeline and placement tracking — handled better than most — and purpose-built for agency recruiting workflows. Less suited to in-house corporate recruiting is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Q&A
Why is Spott priced higher than some ATS tools?
Because Spott is not just an ATS. Most ATS tools store data. Spott replaces an entire stack: ATS, CRM, call logging, note taking, outreach tools, reporting, candidate presentation, and parts of sourcing and matching. When teams compare line-item SaaS prices, Spott can look more expensive. When they compare total cost of ownership, Spott is almost always cheaper because most customers remove 4-7 tools after switching. The result: lower software spend, fewer integrations, and far higher output per recruiter.
Asked by Valentina Marino · Dec 21, 2025
What tools does Spott typically replace?
For most agencies, Spott replaces or consolidates: ATS + CRM, Call logging / note-taking tools, Outreach tools (email + LinkedIn automations), Matching add-ons, Reporting and analytics tools, Candidate presentation / CV formatting tools. Some teams also reduce reliance on spreadsheets and manual tracking entirely. That's why customers often see 30-50% lower software costs, even before productivity gains.
Asked by Daniel Schmidt · Dec 19, 2025
Is pricing per recruiter or per company?
Pricing is primarily per active recruiter, with plans designed to scale across teams. This aligns cost with value: Recruiters who actively use Spott generate more output, Management gets clear visibility without paying for unused seats. Enterprise and multi-brand setups are priced separately based on structure and needs.
Asked by Elena Rossi · Dec 17, 2025
How does Spott help us generate ROI?
More placements per recruiter, No need to hire just to keep up, Lower tool and integration costs. Fewer vendors, fewer contracts, fewer failures between systems. For most agencies, one additional placement per recruiter per year more than covers the cost of Spott.
Asked by Björn Karlsson · Dec 17, 2025
Do we pay extra for AI features?
No. AI is not an add-on in Spott. It's part of the core product. Matching, note-taking, outreach drafting, profile updates, and recommendations are all included. There are no AI modules or surprise usage fees. That's intentional. AI only works when it's deeply connected to the system.
