Pretty happy overall. Webhook and API integrations just works and no-code visual builder accessible to non-developers. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on built-in NLP and intent training, and wide range of supported messaging channels caught me off guard.
