What are the prerequisites for using Session Report?

The tool requires a git repository with a specific directory structure (.planning, phases, SUMMARY.md, etc.). It also needs git installed to read commit logs and diff stats. Without recorded changes in the session, it cannot produce a summary.

Can I customize the time window or output of the report?

Yes. Use the '--since' flag to set a custom time window (e.g., 8 hours ago by default). The '--save' flag will write the report to a file under .planning/reports/session{date}.md instead of just displaying it.
