Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Character and scene consistency across frames is exactly what I needed, and backed by ByteDance research and infrastructure. I do wish availability depends on third-party platforms, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Image-to-video animation fits neatly into how we already work, and text-to-video generation removed a step we used to do by hand.
