Overview

Salesman is an AI chatbot designed specifically for sales workflows rather than general customer support. It engages visitors in real time, qualifies their intent, answers product questions, and guides them toward conversion actions like booking a demo, starting a trial, or completing a purchase. The assistant can be trained on a company's own product information, pricing, and sales playbooks so its responses stay on-brand and aligned with how the team sells. Conversations are captured as structured data, giving sales and marketing teams visibility into buyer questions, objections, and pipeline opportunities generated through the chat channel.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Lead qualification and capture just works and engages and qualifies visitors 24/7. Effectiveness depends on quality of training content can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is aI sales chatbot for websites — handled better than most — and customizable with company-specific product and pricing data. Narrow focus may not replace full support chatbots is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and customizable with company-specific product and pricing data. Lead qualification and capture fits neatly into how we already work, and custom training on company data removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

Q&A

What is CoSupport AI?

CoSupport AI is an AI support agent for B2B SaaS, consumer apps, and e-commerce teams. It connects to Zendesk, Freshdesk, Zoho, and any helpdesk, trains on your help center, and resolves repetitive tickets without an agent touching them. The technology is patented (US11823031B1), used by 300+ brands, built by a team founded in 2020. Plans start at $99/month. Most teams reach 60% automated resolution by day 60, and we put that in writing: hit the target or get a full refund.

Asked by Constantin Ionescu · Mar 30, 2026

How does the AI chatbot handle a real support ticket?

It reads the customer's message, pulls the answer from your help center and past tickets, and replies in the customer's language. If it can resolve the request, it does. If it can't, it hands off to a human agent with the full context attached, so nobody starts from scratch.

Asked by Bilal Choudhury · Mar 16, 2026

What can the AI Agent resolve on its own?

Repetitive, policy-based tickets: account access, billing, how-to questions, status updates, and policy or FAQ lookups. Cocoatech resolved 81% of its chats with AI in the first month on Zendesk. Most teams land somewhere between 50% and 70%, depending on how repetitive their queue is.

Asked by Zeynep Aydin · Mar 11, 2026

How is this different from a scripted chatbot?

A scripted bot follows decision trees you build, and it breaks the moment a customer phrases things their own way. The AI Agent reads intent and answers from your actual content, so it handles wording it has never seen. You saw that live above. Type the same question three different ways, and it still resolves it.

Asked by Qiu Yan · Feb 19, 2026

How much does it cost?

Three models, all with every feature and no hidden fees: $0.19 per resolved ticket, $0.04 per response, or a flat $99/month for your ticket volume. The flat plan keeps your bill predictable, even in a busy month. See pricing details.
