Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is call transcripts and performance analytics — handled better than most — and customizable to specific sales scripts and products. Quality depends on script and data inputs is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on lead qualification and appointment scheduling, and supports multiple languages caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: multilingual conversation support and customizable to specific sales scripts and products. Where it lags: quality depends on script and data inputs. On balance the feature set — especially aI voice agents for inbound and outbound calls — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Lead qualification and appointment scheduling is exactly what I needed, and operates 24/7 across time zones. I do wish quality depends on script and data inputs, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and reduces repetitive call workload for reps. AI voice agents for inbound and outbound calls fits neatly into how we already work, and aI voice agents for inbound and outbound calls removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

Q&A

What does it cost?

From $600/month. For context, that is roughly 6% of a single fully loaded SDR, and it does not take PTO, does not ramp for 90 days, and does not resign.

Asked by Gunnar Eriksson · Aug 7, 2025

How fast can we be live?

Days, not quarters. Setup is your product walkthrough, call workflows, integrations, and language preferences mapped to the sales process you already run.

Asked by Piotr Baranowski · Jul 16, 2025

Does it fit our stack?

200+ integrations. It connects to your existing CRM and call workflows rather than asking you to rebuild them. Call data, transcripts, and intent scores write back where your team already works.

Asked by Dumisani Ndlovu · Jun 17, 2025

Will it sound like us, or like a robot reading a script?

You train it on your knowledge base, your objection library, and your brand voice. It improvises inside those guardrails rather than reciting a tree. Build your agent, let it demo to you, and judge the voice yourself. That is the only honest test.

Asked by Xavier Costa · Jun 2, 2025

Is it really running the demo, or playing a recorded one?

Running it. The agent joins the call, shares its screen, and navigates your product live. If the buyer interrupts on slide two and asks about pricing, it goes to pricing, answers, and comes back. A recording cannot do that. A Loom cannot do that. This is the part of the category nobody else has shipped, so we would rather you test it than take our word for it.
