Skeptical, then convinced
I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on agent deployment tools, and enables non-developers to ship AI agents caught me off guard. Effectiveness depends on available integrations is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
Compared a few options
Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: no-code agent builder and covers full lifecycle from build to deployment. Where it lags: less flexibility than custom-coded agent frameworks. On balance the feature set — especially support for multiple AI use cases — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
Does the job
Pretty happy overall. No-code agent builder just works and covers full lifecycle from build to deployment. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
Use it every day
Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Centralized agent management is exactly what I needed, and covers full lifecycle from build to deployment. I do wish less flexibility than custom-coded agent frameworks, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Q&A
What does PromptOwl add on top of ContextNest?
ContextNest tells your AI what to know. PromptOwl controls what it can do — and who can do it. That means agents built by chatting, role-based access, approval workflows, an audit trail that logs every conversation against the exact knowledge it ran on, and 125+ models included in your subscription.
Asked by George Papadakis · Oct 30, 2025
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. PromptOwl never trains your data into public models, and customer data is not shared with vendors. With ContextNest Desktop, your files never leave your machine at all. Your knowledge stays in plain, portable files on infrastructure you choose — yours permanently.
Asked by Quentin Lefevre · Oct 6, 2025
How much does it cost?
ContextNest Desktop is free, always — no account required. PromptOwl starts at $29/mo for individuals, $299/mo for teams, and Enterprise runs from $4,999/mo with custom terms. Every paid plan bundles LLM credits you can spend on any of 125+ models, and governance is identical at every tier.

Can our compliance team approve this?
That review is the one this platform was built to pass. SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA compliant, GDPR ready — controls observed operating over time, not a point-in-time badge. PromptOwl is already deployed in regulated environments across healthcare, education, and nonprofits, with role-based access, human approval gates, and a full audit trail.
