Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: self-hosted deployment option and open-source and self-hostable. Where it lags: learning curve for advanced configuration. On balance the feature set — especially conversation and prompt management — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and supports multiple LLM providers. Multi-model provider support fits neatly into how we already work, and multi-model provider support removed a step we used to do by hand. Requires technical setup for self-hosting, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on custom AI agent creation, and plugin system for extended functionality caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is multi-model provider support — handled better than most — and open-source and self-hostable. Requires technical setup for self-hosting is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
