Where it lags: limited value for very short or non-narrative videos. On balance the feature set — especially engagement and performance tracking — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and encourages active learning and retention. Engagement and performance tracking fits neatly into how we already work, and support for educational and training use cases removed a step we used to do by hand. AI-generated questions may need editing, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
