Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on appointment scheduling and calendar sync, and faster and cheaper than a human receptionist caught me off guard. Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: custom greetings and business scripts and handles booking and lead qualification automatically. Where it lags: may struggle with complex or emotional conversations. On balance the feature set — especially lead capture and call summaries — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Custom greetings and business scripts is exactly what I needed, and handles booking and lead qualification automatically. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
