Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: lead qualification and routing and tailored to insurance use cases. Where it lags: may need tuning for niche product lines. On balance the feature set — especially cRM and policy system integrations — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is lead qualification and routing — handled better than most — and reduces routine workload for human agents. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Pretty happy overall. CRM and policy system integrations just works and tailored to insurance use cases. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Automated quote and policy inquiries is exactly what I needed, and 24/7 customer engagement. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
