What are credits and what are they used for?

Credits are only used for AI transcription (subtitles). Everything else — recording, editing, zoom effects, cursor effects, device frames, exporting — is unlimited and does not use credits. Free users start with 60 credits (~1 hour of transcription). Paid users get 200 bonus credits (~4 hours).

Yes. Contact our support team within 3 days of payment. We'll work with you to resolve the problem first, and if unable to fix it, we'll issue a full refund.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and suitable for tutorials and demos. Built-in video editor fits neatly into how we already work, and built-in video editor removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.
