Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: content optimization recommendations and useful for both SEO and marketing teams. On balance the feature set — especially aI search visibility tracking — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Brand mention monitoring across LLMs is exactly what I needed, and targets the emerging field of AI search optimization. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and targets the emerging field of AI search optimization. AI search visibility tracking fits neatly into how we already work, and reporting dashboards for AI presence removed a step we used to do by hand. May require ongoing effort to see measurable impact, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on sentiment and citation analysis, and useful for both SEO and marketing teams caught me off guard. AI search metrics are still evolving and hard to standardize is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Reporting dashboards for AI presence just works and tracks brand mentions across multiple AI platforms. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Q&A

Are there any limitations I should be aware of when tracking AI search metrics?

AI search metrics are still evolving and can be inconsistent across different large language models; the visibility data depends on opaque LLM behavior, so results may vary and require ongoing effort to maintain measurable impact.
